There is no exchange of products sent abroad. For overseas returns, the shipping fee belongs to the customer when sending the product. The cost of the products that are placed in customs belongs to the customer. If the customs fee is requested after we receive it, the amount paid is deducted from the return fee. It is not recommended as our company because the shipping fee and customs fee are expensive. When ordering, we recommend that you examine our size chart so that the dress does not seem tight or loose.

Due to European restrictions, packages sent abroad may be subject to customs duties pursuant to the laws of the country in which they were ordered, as per the new rules. In this case, the customs officers will contact you and inform you about what you need to do to receive your package.
